Pay bills online in minutes with our free Online Bill Pay. You can schedule single, recurring or future dated payments to anyone you would normally pay by check. Online Bill Pay is simple to use and is a fast and secure way to pay your bills without writing checks or going to multiple websites.

Rails West’s E-Statements help simplify your life and are a great way to go green. Instead of receiving your statements in the mail every month, you’ll get an email stating that your statement is ready for viewing online at your convenience.

If you already have access to Online Banking, simply log in to your account and select Manage E-mails under User Profile to enroll.

With Rails West Online Banking you can download account transaction information that can be imported into Quicken, which makes it more convenient and easier to manage your finances.

Downloading account transactions is easy – simply initiate a download for Quicken from Online Banking as follows:

• Login to Rails West Online Banking
• From any account, click Export Options in the upper left portion of screen
• Select the transactions and file type for download
• Click Download
• Click Save to complete the download
• Open Quicken and follow the instructions to import your downloaded account transactions file

Our automated telephone response system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is a touch-tone phone, your account number, and a four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). With the Rails West Phone Teller, you can:

• Monitor account balances and history
• Verify a check has cleared
• Transfer funds between accounts
• Request a check be mailed to you

You earn points for each time you use either your VISA Debit or VISA Credit Card that you have with Rails West FCU. Accumulate points so that you can earn enough to cash them in for goods and services located in the Scorecard Rewards store. Now you can use your phone to conduct transactions by linking your Rails West FCU debit or credit card to it. Your card information is safely and securely stored in your mobile wallet, using VISA's token authentication process which masks your true account number should your phone be lost or stolen.
